My name is Carol Campbell, aka: Soul Lady C d Writer. I am a Play Writer, Poet, Songwriter, Spoken Word Artist, Motivational Speaker, mother to three adult children and a woman walking in her gift.

 

​Join me on my journey of song writing. I'll be sharing some of the many songs I've written over the past few years; songs which are intended to motivate, inspire, and encourage. 

 

Like many other song writers out there, I've never undertaken a course in song writing but I was  born with the gift to write.

Along the way I've developed my craft and I've learnt the fundamentals of song writing which enabled me to have some of my songs produced by phenomenal music producers from across the globe, particularly Godwin Owulo whose been the music producer on most of my tracks.

My role as a creative artist is to inspire all song writers; whatever your vision is: keep on writing. Your lyrics, your music, it's meant to reach someone and it will! 

 

​I also offer some song writing tips and an online platform for other song writers to share their own experiences. Song writing can be fun, challenging but it's certainly worth all the highs and lows when you see your material fused together.  I heard a quote once and it's indeed fitting for the journey that I've been on: " My story is in my lyrics." So join me as my story unfolds but this isn't just about my story. I'm also here to support you on your creative journey.
